Chauffard is a beautiful place but even more so when atop one of its spectacular mountains. On one of our hikes we took the chance to capture what we thought was a good shot of the centre of Chauffard. We trust you agree.

Much of the buildings are covered by what remains of the trees in Chauffard. Father Estiverne has made great efforts to encourage the people of Chauffard not to cut down the trees and to create awareness of landslides. The trees you see have been protected by Father Estiverne.
