Chauffard is isolated in the mountains south of Port au Prince. Local residents lack access to pure water, public transportation, safe roads, secondary education, medical and dental care and more. In addition, the area has been hard hit in recent years due to natural disasters and turmoil in Haiti. The area we serve is centered around the parish of the Church of the Immaculate Conception of Chauffard including the adjacent villages of Procy, Laval, Malanga, Berly and Masson.
